WATER QUALITY

Protecting Water Resources

We are committed to the diligent protection of water resources, including the quality of groundwater around our proposed Tennessee Lithium operation.

Like other manufacturing operations, Tennessee Lithium will require municipal water supply to produce lithium hydroxide. We do not plan to have any direct contact with the water table, rivers, or streams, nor directly impact the watershed through our operation. We plan to utilize and manage water within the guidelines of our permits and are currently working through our plans for municipal water supply from Etowah Utilities.

The U.S. has some of the strictest water regulations in the world. We will be subject to federal and state oversight by regulators and the conditions of our permits, and we intend to fully comply with these requirements.
